Although the new NHS Track & Trace app has created very mixed opinions, we have been committed to doing all we can to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and prevent the spread!
With the above in mind, we are encouraging all of our patients to scan our Track & Trace QR code when entering our Practice to help keep both our staff and visitors safe. To do this, you'll need to download the app on your smartphone or tablet and bring this with you to your appointment.
